Evergreen content

"Evergreen content" is content that has a long shelf life. This means it can be used for a a long period of time. Is your company hiring? Use a video as an ad for a landing page to a website to increase applicants. Does your business host an annual or seasonal event? Use evergreen video to highlight said events and promote for greater reach and engagement. A video can live on for years and still be relevant.

Return On Investment

Every smart business owner that spends money is looking for a return on investment whether short term or long term. Increase sales, book more appointments, create a bigger following, reach more people, expand engagement and more. Video checks all the boxes. We're living in a modern world where many people want information fast and they value a brands voice. Video stays top-of-mind especially when retargeted to potential customers and clients; think of retargeting as a digital follow up online.

your website

Video can be used as a landing page for when visitors find your ad or unique "call to action". By videos living on your website your visitors are likely to stay longer on your page in which increases ranking on Google; the most used search engine with millions of web searches using every day.

Social media

Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Linkedin and everything in between... video is the most translated piece of content and people appreciate videos that were created with attention to detail, relevancy/trends, and emotional triggering message from information based to funny and more. Get more likes, comments, shares, followers and you're on the right track.

Recruiting

Hiring is an on-going process. People come and go and you need to fill that position to keep your business moving along smoothly. Recruiting/hiring videos live a long shelf life and can express a positive company culture. People want to see for themselves what it's like to work with a company rather than just read about it or worse, simply assume and have the wrong expectations causing a high turnover rate.

Company Culture

Company culture goes hand-in-hand with recruiting/hiring and gives people an inside look of what it's like to work with your company. Do you offer benefits? Special annual events? Employee appreciation? A fun work environment? Express these positive emotions to people considering a position at your business or maybe haven't considered before but after seeing a fun and energy-packed video are eager to submit their resumé.

People want to work somewhere they enjoy, feel appreciated and valued.

Special events

Annual parties, grand openings, charity drives, community events, seasonal events, employee appreciation, field trips and so much more. These are the fun times that tie in with company culture and people employees love that.

On average, people spend over 150 hours per month at their job and the last thing they want is to feel burnt out. Capture special events on video and share online to show why working at your company is a fun and exciting place to be.

Engagement

Comments, likes and shares. These are the three main factors to success online.

As of October 2021, YouTube's daily active users accumulate to OVER 121 MILLION people around the world. And check this out... as of September 2021, TikTok has OVER 1 BILLION daily active users!! That number is OVER THREE TIMES the population of the United States of America!

Prime example... a TikTok profile of one of our monthly clients has reached 3,500,000 views, 409k likes, an increase of 9k new followers, 4k shares and 2,250 comments in 14 days!

Content is king.

Google Rankings

Did you know Google owns YouTube? That's right... even the behemoth of internet websites and the #1 search engine in the world understands the value of video. So much so, Google acquired YouTube for $1.65 Billion back in late 2006! Google knew video was the future and they were right. From 2018 to 2020, YouTube generated more than $46 billion in ad revenue alone! The return on investment has paid itself off over and over again.

What does this mean for your business? Google wants people coming back to watch video on YouTube but most importantly, they want people to stick around for a while (binge on videos). So if people are watching and engaging with your videos on your website and/or YouTube, then Google ranks your content higher because other people have shown interest. Same goes for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok.

Relevance

Current trends, pop culture, and demographics allows for videos to begin to take off. For social media, content has a short shelf life but that doesn't mean a company should post just to post but rather consider what people WANT to see. People have short attention spans on social media, it's so easy to keep scrolling. But most importantly, be social on social media. Don't overdue the ads but rather just have fun!
